The staff were so attentive, it was like having my very own personal butler! They even anticipated my needs and answered my every whim. It was almost like being royalty.

I just loved everything so much that I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Wow, what a disappointment!

came here for trip, had good 2 days overall. got twin room with comfortable beds when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. the setting was good, not far from the island, cafes and the beaches, restaurants, cafes and the bay. it also was to the national park.

Mind-blowing experience with super helpful staff arranging buses, day trips, and amazing food recommendations. Jaw-droppingly cheap accommodation with spacious rooms and excellent discounts. Unbelievably helpful manager who goes above and beyond to assist guests. Highly recommend this place!

We had the twin room with a great bed. The location was great and absolutely perfect, to the national park overlooking mountain.

Fabulous base for travelling to Dong Khe Sau and exploring local places. Impeccably clean and bright room with comfortable beds, amiable staff. The most important - great and perfect location close to restaurants. Based near to Ha Long Bay, and shops. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the center with many restaurants, cafes, and beaches nearby. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-equipped with bathroom products, hair dryers. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They offer various services like boat tours, scooter rentals, and laundry. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, with an omelette, bread, jam. a great value for money stay.

The Wi-Fi connection could be a bit stronger.

My stay at Quang Thang Cat Ba was beyond amazing. The hotel manager and staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, exceeding the value we paid. I can't find a single fault with our stay - thank you so much to the hotel team for making our trip unforgettable.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, definitely worth the money. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and town. But the best part was the staff - they were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Tony, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even helped us book all our activities at unbeatable prices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cát Bà!

The only suggestion I have is to mix up the breakfast menu a bit. The toast bread was not very toasted and the omelette was quite plain.
